One-Day Open Technical Training Session
What will the sessions cover?
Core topics include:
- GlobalPlatform definitions - including roles, responsibilities and recognized business models
- Detailed explanation of GlobalPlatform Card Specification - including secure channels, security domains and application programming interfaces
- Outline of the differences and similarities of Card Specification v2.1.1 and v2.2
- Introduction to GlobalPlatform Card Specification v3.0.
Topics specific to the mobile UICC:
- Card Specification Amendment A - Confidential Card Content Management and main use cases
- Card Configuration overview (UICC Configuration)
- Networked Framework overview
- Card Specification v2.2 Amendment review
- Amendment B - remote application management over HTTP
- Amendment C - contactless services technology to facilitate application selection by the end-user within a contactless and NFC environment
- Amendment D - Secure Channel Protocol (SCP) 03 alignment for key management systems.
Who will lead the sessions? The sessions will be delivered in English by a GlobalPlatform certified trainer.
Who can attend?
The sessions are open to GlobalPlatform members and non-members. To provide a dynamic learning environment, the sessions will be strictly limited to a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 15 students. Early and timely registration is therefore recommended.
