GlobalPlatform System Messaging Specification for Management of Mobile-NFC Services v1.1.2
Published November 2013 - This document describes the extension of the GlobalPlatform System Messaging Core Specification allowing the exchange of messages for performing the delivery and the post-issuance management of mobile-NFC services, i.e. NFC Services deployed in a mobile phone environment.

The scope of this specification is defined by the "GlobalPlatform's Proposition for NFC Mobile: Secure Element Management and Messaging" white paper, the UICC Card Configuration document and the GSMA/EPC white paper.
GlobalPlatform System Web Services profile for GlobalPlatform Messaging v1.0
Published February 2011 - This document specifies the usage of W3C and OASIS standards to support GlobalPlatform Messaging Specification.
GlobalPlatform Systems End-to-End Simplified Service Management Framework v1.0
Published November 2013 - The aim behind the End-to-End Simplified Service Management Framework is to streamline the service management process by leveraging the power of GP standards through the creation of simple end-to-end configurations specific to a vertical segment. For instance, a specific configuration for payment, another for transport and a separate one for health care.
  Messaging Specification v1.0
Published November 2003 - This specification provides a definition of the roles and responsibilities of the actors (systems) in a multiple application secure chip infrastructure, and describes a reference standard on information exchange (messages) between actors.
Configurations
Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Configuration for Messaging Specification v1.0
Published June 2007 - This document specifies a configuration of the Messaging Specification v1.0 to the batch personalization of PIV cards that are compliant to US Federal Information Processing Standards Publication 201 (FIPS 201).
Systems Profile and Scripting Specifications v1.1
Published September 2003 - Systems Scripting Language - In conjunction with the Systems Profile Specification, this document defines an ECMA script standard to which instructions for data generation, personalization and post-issuance of secure chip-based applications can be written. Systems Profile - In conjunction with the Systems Scripting Specification, this document specifies all the information required for the card customization process, including data preparation and personalization, based on XML file.

This program, which was developed in partnership with Collis, provides an outline of the mandatory functionality and optional features needed to adhere to the Profile and Scripting Specifications v1.1. It also includes a detailed test plan, test suite and scripts, and offers a test tools and execution environment which provides the software and hardware required to execute the test suite and display the test results.
Smart Card Management System (SCMS) Functional Requirements v4.0
Published December 2004 - This document provides a description of the requirements for a SCMS environment, which is used to manage multiple application smart cards and related applications.
Key Management Requirements and Systems Functional Requirements Specification v1.0
Published November 2003 - This specification provides a description of the requirements a system should use to securely manage and exchange keys. This delivers centralized key management across separate systems.
  Guide to Common Personalization v1.0
Published March 2003 - This document describes a personalization process which is designed to facilitate the personalization of multiple application cards.
Supporting Documentation
EMV Card Personalization Specification (CPS) Demonstrator v1.0 - CPS Implementation Sample Package
Published June 2006 - This package is aimed at developers who would like to produce applications that comply with EMV CPS and align with GlobalPlatform's Guide to Common Personalization v1.0. The document provides a sample of a application profile, a key profile and a load file profile in accordance to GlobalPlatform's Profiles and Scripting Technology.
