APSCA is the business association for payments and identity applications in Asia, from secure smart chip-based applications to the latest digital security approaches. Established in 1997 as an independent association for both end-users and suppliers, APSCA now has over 40 members in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, South Asia and Europe and one of the largest business networks in Asia with over 11,000 payments and identity industry executives from end-users and suppliers, including senior decision-makers from government agencies, banks, credit card companies, transport and ticketing operators, mobile operators and merchants responsible for issuing, accepting and processing millions of secure cards and documents, contactless cards and devices, biometric identity cards and ePassports.

FIDO Alliance

The FIDO Alliance is an industry consortium that is changing the nature of authentication by introducing an open, scalable and interoperable set of mechanisms to reduce the reliance on passwords and protect hundreds of millions of users around the world. More than 250 leading service providers, technology vendors, government bodies and non-profit organizations have collaborated on FIDO’s specifications for simpler, stronger authentication.

Java Card Forum

The primary purpose of the Java Card Forum is to promote, as an industry, the development of Java as the pre-ferred platform for interoperable smart cards and other secure devices. The Forum was founded in 1997 and is composed of a Business Committee and Technical Committee, advancing the Java Card specification in cooperation with Oracle. The Java Card platform is now one of the most pervasive technologies in the world.

Secure Communications Alliance

The Secure Communications Alliance (SCA) is a professional and neutral platform for information exchanges in business, technology and trends as well as a platform that provides various services for products. It was jointly initiated by decision-makers from stakeholders in the secure communications and secure identification industry. The SCA now has over 50 member companies from 6 countries.

Trusted Computing Group

Trusted Computing Group develops, defines and promotes open, vendor-neutral, global industry standards based on a hardware root of trust, for interoperable trusted computing platforms. A TEE instructor-led training session is available 13-14 September. The course, given in English language, is open to both GlobalPlatform members and non-members. It is designed to improve knowledge of the TEE specifications, efficient implementation, and effective use a TEE environment.  Learn more
